Abstract
In many production environment especially the ones that have a large expand of work , because the spread of production and services, production managers need to have integrate information of various department performance in other to have good leadership.
Collecting these information, start of entrance of raw materials in to production lines and goes production of fire shed goods and out good from the factory.
Dominances of productions managers on information of various production stages lead to higher productivity, production rate, quality and also managing production performance more productive .
Since for better study , we in the following survey have concentrated on small and medium firms only with respect to the size of the firms , and lean factors effects on firms performance have investigated with respect to managers viewpoints .
The flow survey is quantitative base that with deep review of literature and also doing structure interviews uses the appropriate questionnaire form gathering primitive data .
